By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from shipping delays, delivery failures, or loss of packages once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and external factors.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package every step of the way.
However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
